Wedding photography isn’t just the ceremony and wedding party portraits - It’s really about moments. Big and small, fun and sweet. So many important and beautiful moments surrounding the big moment of “I do.” Beautiful still photos capture and preserve these moments for you to share and relive in the many years to come. I will be there throughout the day to catch you and your friends and family enjoying and sharing each stage of the celebration.
I’ll chat with you before the big day in person or by phone or virtual meeting to discuss your preferences and develop a game plan. I’ve photographed so many weddings and they are all different. I want to know how I can best capture your unique day.
Why hire me?
Because of my unique experience. I have worked as a professional news photojournalist for over 20 years with extensive experience in all aspects of photography, from covering news events to creating unique, location portraits. This gives me a solid photojournalistic style that is the real deal. Capturing moments that tell a story is what I do best and I dare say, better than any other wedding photographer you are likely to come across. Also, I’m a personable and easy-going guy that can keep a portrait session flowing with skill and probably more than a few dad-jokes. MY RATES
$2400 for up to ten hours of photography gives you photos from the morning getting ready of the guys, gals, the venue, lots of candid photos of family and friends getting things together and having fun. All the way into the reception and dance.
$2000 for up to eight hours.
$1800 for up to six hours.
$1400 for up to four hours.
* All packages include an engagement photo mini-session and a next day wedding photo sneak-peek.
EXTRAS
Engagement photo session - $250 for an hour+ portrait session. Note: extra fee for Engagement photo sessions taking place more than 60 miles from Rochester.
Rehearsal Dinner coverage - $250 for and hour or two coverage at the event. Not only does this make for some fun photos, it also is an easy way for me to meet and get to know your wedding party a bit.
Second Photographer - $400 to $800 depending on package.
Drone Photography - Venue and large group photos as well as other aerial imagery. Pricing to be determined.
* Finished images will be provided 2-4 weeks from the wedding, posted on a private web gallery for you to view and download at YOUR discretion. I can give printing and enlargement recommendations, but it’s up to you to print them. This is the most economical choice for you because I’m not charging extra to sell you prints made by someone else.
* Additional fee for weddings held more than a two-hour drive from Rochester.
